Exchanges & Returns

One or more of your products are not what you expected them to be and you which to exchange them or to get your money back? Coton Doux offers a very flexible exchanges policy so do not hesitate to send us an email (see the link below). If this is not the option you wish Coton Doux can either edit you a purchase voucher (unlimited in time) or will entirely refund these items.

Coton Doux offers you the possibility of returning your items up to 30 days after you receive this one, so do not worry if it was meant as a gift. The items must be returned in the state they were received (do not wash the shirts), with the packaging it was sent in and a copy of the invoice. You are required to write on the back of this invoice what action you wish to take with these products (exchange, voucher or refund).

We will not accept any items returned damaged, worn or dirty. If you opted for the refund your account will be credited within 10 working days after the product is received by Coton Doux. If you opt for an exchange you will be asked to take part in the delivery charges.
